| Catatan | A bioavailability and some pharmacokinetic parameter of sulfadiazine (SDZ) were investigated in 10 broiler chickens following administration of single oral ang intravenous dose of 40 mg/kg body-weight. The peak of SDZ in chickens plasma was 16.737 ± 2.498 µg/ml at 60 minutes post administration. The availability value of SDZ was 0.895 for oral dosage. Pharmacokinetic parameters of half-life of SDZ for oral and intravenous administration were 144.1916 and 317.303 minutes, respectively. |
