| Catatan | In order determine the virus content of distemper vaccine, the vaccine was diluted in serial, 10-1 to 10-3, and inoculated into chrorioallantoic membrane of embryoonated eggs of SPF chicken at 9-11 days of age. After 1 week of incubation at 37°C, the inoculated eggs were observed for pathology-anatomy or histopathological changes. the results obtained in the present study, there were intranuclear inclusion bodies, perivacular cuffing, microglyosis and spongy in the neuron. |
