Catatan | Many kind methods to have used detect residue's antibiotic on tissue or serum. They are microbiology, bioautograpy and High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). Residue analyses with the method are laboratory works. Needed special skill and much time, so tried to find a new simple method is needed. Implementation of Elisa method in residue analyses is choicest alternative because the method has sensitivity, high spesifity and in short time can assay many samples. This study was to describe ELISA method to detect residue frandiomisin in meat, liver, kidney and chiken serum by mixing concentration of Frandiomisin. After that extracted and identified using ELISA method. Recoveries in serum liver and meat were; 87%, 78%, 120%, and 16%. |
