A total number of 212 pig sera samples were collected from five areas of slaugheter huose that representative of four major island in Indonesia. The result showed that the mean positive PRRS antibody was 20.75%. Sera samples from Pekanbaru slaughter house area was the highest (30%), followed by Medan (25%),Jakarta (21.6%), Denpasar (5%), and Minaasa (5%).
