| Abstrak | The study about Analysis of Added Value of Radish Chips (Raphanus Sativus) in the Sekar Sari Women Farmer Group. The objectives of this study are 1) To determine the calculation results of radish sold fresh with added value of radish chips, 2) To determine the appropriate counseling design for respondents on the added value of processing radish into processed radish chips, 3) To determine the increase in knowledge of KWT Sekar Sari about added value of radish chips products. The final project study was carried out from March to May 2022. The location of the study was in Sumbergondo Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City. The study used descriptive quantitative methods. The population used were turnip farmers in Sumbergondo Village and the sample used was 30 farmers who were selected using Accidental Sampling. Data was collected using an open questionnaire which was then analyzed for business and added value analysis. Then the results of the analysis of the added value of radish which are used as radish chips once produced as much as 25 Kg and sold per pcs for Rp. 12,000.- with a profit of Rp. 1,283,751 from the added value analysis, the added value of radish processed by radish chips was Rp. 3.150. |
