| Catatan | This study was undertaken to evaluate the antigenic relationships of Lukert, K and IQ strains of Infectious Bursal Disease virus.Less than two fold difference in neutralizing antibody titer was observed among Lukert and K strains. IQ strain was different 4 to 8 times in the titers with the antiserum againts Lukert and K strains. The results suggest that Lukert and K strains were antigenically identical and distinc from IQ strain even though they are belonged to serotype I. |
