Compost is organic fertilizer obtained from the weathering of plant materials or organic waste such as straw, husks, leaves, grass, organic waste, factory processing, and organic waste resulting from human (household) treatment. This study was conducted to determine the effect of using bamboo leaf mulch on the growth and acceleration of the harvest period of mustard greens. The study was conducted in Ganting Wetan Village, Maron District, Probolinggo Regency, in February-April 2022. The experimental design used was RAL (Completely Randomized Design) with 5 treatment and 5 replications obtained 25 trials. The experiment of giving bamboo leaf compost as mulch was P1: 0 Gram/Polybag. P2: 30 Grams/Polybag, P3: 60 Grams/Polybag, P4: 90 Grams/Polybag and P5: 120 Grams/Polybag. Parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight consumption. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) with a confidence level of 5% (? = 0.05) and continued with the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) using the SPSS 20 application. In technical studies the best treatment was treatment 5 or P5. with a dose of 120 grams of bamboo leaf compost / polybag, the green mustard plant experienced the highest increase in plant height, number of leaves and fresh weight consumption and could help the growth and accelerate the harvest period of mustard greens..
