| Abstrak | intensive use of antibiotics in the treatment of mastitis have caused antibiotic residue in milk. A study was carried cwt to dab:mine withdrawal time of closacilline in milk produced by mastitis dairy cow (Friesians holstein). Five Fritwiens holstein Miring front mastitis were treated intramanunarily with 200 mg/quarter/day of cloxacilline for 3 successive days. The residue was observed for 10 days using High Posture Liquid Chromatography. Analyses was carried out using u Uondapak Cis reveraed•pliase column and F.11:PO5 0.01 h1 : ClIzeN : C11 5011 (50 : 30 : 20) as mobile phase with UV detector at 220 urn. The results showed that eluxaeillittc residue was nut detected in milk after 9 days since the last day of treatment, and more cloxacilline residue was esnrted in nnilk collected in the morning than milk collected in the afternoon. |
