The workshop is jointly organized by The Indonesian Agency for Agricultural Research and Development (IAARD) and The International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT) and sponsored by PT. Branita Sandhini (Monsanto), PT. Bisi International Indonesia (Charoen Seeds Co.,Ltd Thailand), PT. Dupont Indonesia (Pioneer Hi-Bred Thailand), PT. Joni Jaya Makmur, PT. Bioseed (Shriram Bioseed Genetics India Limited and PT. Mitra Kreasidharma), PT. Methahelix India. The theme of the 10 ARMW: Maize for Asia: Emerging Trends and Technologies. The germplasms demonstation plot here include 17 Maize Hybrids, 8 Maize Open Pollinated Varieties, 73 Maize Testcross Hybrids, 116 Maize Diallel Hybrids, 10 QPM Hybrids candidate, 1 Waxy Maize Hybrids candidate and 2 Sorghums.
