The research was conducted from January until April 2017 in BPTP Jakarta. The research used a randomized competely block design consisted of two factors and five replications. The first factors was planting media consisted of three levels were soil + husk charcoal (1:1), soil + husk charcoal rabbit manure fertilizer (1:1:1), and soil + husk charcoal + cow manure fertilizer (1:1:1). The second factors was plant growth regulator type control, Root-Up 0,0075% (75 ppm), and red onion extract 75%. The parameter observed were apperarence of bud, number of bud, plant height, diameter of stem, root length, root fresh weight, and percentage of live cutting. The results showed that planting media were not significantly affected all parameters were observed. The treatment plant growth regulator control gived the best results on plant height parameter 8 WAP (9,34 cm).
