Abstrak Innoculation of aflatoxin BI (AFBI) caused immunosupression on the chickens hatched from embryonated eggs which were innoculated by AFBI. Meanwhile, suplementation of vitamin A could improve perfomance of bioler chicks from aflatoxicosis syndrome. This research was conducted to investigate the effect of suplementation of vitamin A on the immunospression on chickens hatched from embryonated egges which were innoculated by AFBI. In this study 5-day-old chicken embryos divided into group which were innoculated by 20 ng and 40 ng of AFBI and ones without AFBI as a control group. Six chicks hatced out of both treated eggs and control eggs were vaccinated twice at 4 days and 14 days of age by ND vaccine. Three of those chickens from each group were supplemented by vitamin A at dose of 6000 IU daily started from one day old until the sixth week of experimentation while the rest three chickens were not supplemented. The observation of the antibody titres was done weekly started from the second week . The result sho

The observation of the antibody titres was done weekly started from the second week . The result showed that vitamin A increased the antibody titers about 4 to 14% for the control group and 17 to 65% for the chickens hatched from eggs with AFBI innoculation. Hence it can be concluded that auplementation of vitamin A on the chickens hatched from embryonated eggs which were innoculated by AFBI was capable of reducing the immunosuppresive effect to the ND vaccination.
