One hundred broiler chickens (10C) wee adapted for seven days before begining of the experiment. The chitin were divided into diva groups in which they woe exposed to 0(1). 50 ppm Cd 100 ppm Cd (111). 50 ppm Cd+50 ppm Zn (IV), and 100 ppm Cd+50 ppm Zn (V) as • CdCls and ZnCls respectively in their feat Five chickens from each group were weighted at day 0, 7, 14.21 and 23 respectively during the experiment Sample of livers and kidneys were imitated respectively at the same day of weighing the animals, and the samples were analysed for their Cd content. The results indicated that increasing of the moan body weight of chicken of the control group were higher than in the dticken treatment group (11/40.05) The main body weight of chicken from group IV was higher than group II, and group V was higher than group (P, .0.05). The accumulation of Cd in the liver and kidney were increased coincided with increasing dosage and time of exposure (1/40.0 I ). but the added of Zn was no effect on the concentration of Cd in the tissues (P>0.05). From the results can be concluded that contamination of Cd in the chide,' feed inhibited animal growth and accumulated in the tissues. The added of Zn in their feed were reduced the negative effect of Cd, but can not reduced acclimation of Cd in the tissues. aARTVET801
