Seven-day-old SPF chikens were divided two groups. One group was administrated live vaccine by occular route and inactivated vaccine by intamuscular route. Another group was administrated live vaccine by occular route and inactivated vaccine by subcutaneous route. Haemagglutination Inhibition titer against ND virus was used as indicator to measure the effect of vaccination. Serum samples were collected at 33 days, 43 days and 53 days after vaccination. The result showed that the number of NDV positive titers (> 1: 10) of the both of groups were indicated 10/10 (100%) except one sample at 53 days after vaccination of occular-subcutaneous group (9/10, 90%). 0aBlood Proteins -- Chinkens -- Newcastle Disease -- Vaccines -- Endemics -- Haemagglutination Tests
