Oxytetracycline concentration in plasma in calculated using the microbiology assay and data analyzed with the non-compartement system. Half life elimination oxytetracycline after oral treatment in each group are as follows: PO003 191,07 minutes; PO005 198,70 minutes; PO008 247,24 minutes; PO010 300,00 minutes; PO017 262,50 minutes; PO025 146,48 minutes; PO021 186,27 minutes; PO053 119,74 minutes; PO083 137,96 minutes; and PO112 131,27 minutes;. the value of mean residence time is in a range of 226.0-488.31 minutes. Oxytetracycline was absorbed fastly at the time of maximum 90 minutes on the PO010, PO025, PO021, Po083, PO112 and 135 minutes on the PO003, PO005, PO008, PO017, PO053 with the maximum concentration ranged from 8.40 to 11.017 ug/mL.
