A total of 815 sera sample from fowl cholera unvaccinated layer chickens were tested using Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) technique. The result showed that 52.77 % out of 813 samples were positive againts Fowl chorela. Based on Sander, et. al. (1988) protectivity titer 78.13 % of the samples were protective.
