Kajian Morfopatologi Dan Immunologi Pada Ayam Specific Pathogen Free (SPF) Setelah Divaksinasi Dengan Vaksin Gumboro Strain Intermediate Syahroni B. text Bogor BBPMSOH 2005 Vol. 11, p. 11-16 id 5 Teables.; 18 Ref.; Summary (En) A study was conducted to determine the pathomorphology and immunology in specific pathogen free (SPF) chickens after vaccination with intermediate strain of infectious bursal disease (IBD) live vaccine. In this study, 60 SPF chickens, two weeks old, were allocated into two groups. All 42 chickens in the first group were each vaccinated orally with 5x does of intermediate strain of infectious bursal disease (IBD) live vaccine and 18 chickens in the second group were used as control. All animals were observed every day for the occurrence of clinical signs. One week after vaccination, six chickens from vaccinated group and three chickens from control group were weighed, bleed, and necropsied at weekly intervals. At necropsy, bursa of Fabricius, thymus and spleen were weighed and immersed in 10% formalin in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) for histopathological examination. Antibody titer against IBDV was measured by serum neutralization test (SNT). This study showed the value of Bursa of Fabricius/body weight ratio index3 0.7 in both groups except in the vaccinated chickens necropsied at first week post vaccination (0,57). The value of bursa lesion score was 1-2 in all vaccinated chickens and 0 in control group. From first to seventh week post vaccination, all chickens showed3 800 times in SNT and control group = 8.0. The antibody titers were significantly increased after vaccination and decreased at the seventh week post vaccination, lower than the minimum requirement (800x) Immunology -- Elisa -- Vaccine -- CHICKENS -- ANTIBODIES -- NEUTRALIZATION TEST -- SPF STATE -- PATHOMORPHOLOGY -- INFECTIOUS BUSAL DISEASE -- STRAIN INTERMEDIATE 0852-9612 210323 20210323091253 INLIS000000000000073 Converted from MARCXML to MODS version 3.5 using MARC21slim2MODS3-5.xsl (Revision 1.106 2014/12/19)
