Isolasi Dan Identifikasi Biokimiawi Pasteurella Multocida Asal Sapi yang Dipotong Di Rumah Pemotongan Hewan (RPH) Cakung Sumadi text Bogor BBPMSOH 2005 vol. 11, p. 1-5 id 3 table.; 10 ref.: Summary (En) Pasteurella multocida was isolated from upper respiratory tracts of cattle slaughtereed at cattle slaughter in Cakung, East Jakarta. The swab specimens were inoculated onto desoxycholate agar (DSA) and the baacteria was identified based on morphology, Gram stain, haemolysis on the blood agar plate, growth on MacConkey agar media, glucose and lactose fermentation, indole production, oxidase test and catalase test. Ten field isolates were obtained from 91 specimens, namely Pm IL-3, Pm IL-9, Pm IL-13, Pm IL-20, Pm IL-25, Pm IL-30, Pm IL-32, Pm IL-61, Pm IL-71 aand Pm IL-76.
