Summary (En) aStudy on residue analysis of fluoroquinolon group was conducted at National Veterinary Drug Assay Laboratory Gunung Sindur Bogor in 2003. The samples were collected from 5 provinces namely west Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, East Java and Lampung. In this study HPLC method with fluorescent detector was used with recovery value 83% for 20 ppm and 76% for 10 ppm. Based on European Community Standard, Maximum Residue Limite (MRL) for fluoroquinolon is 100ยต/kg (0.1 ppm). The results of this study showed that 10 of 100 samples tested were positive, 5 samples from West Jawa contained enrofloksasin 7.5 ppm and 5 samples from Lampung contained enrofloxacine 33.47 ppm and cyprofloxacine 13.8 ppm. 0aDrugs -- HPLC -- JAVA -- SUMATRA -- Chicken Meat -- Maximum Residue Limite
