Summary (En) In Newcastle Desease (ND) vaccine quality control, Spesific pathogen free (SPF) chicken egg is exclusively used for the virus content test. The price of SPF chicken egg is relatively expensive compare to which of quail egg. Therefore to lower the cost of ND Vaccine quality control, preliminary study of virus content test using quail egg has been carried out.
