Summary (En) Furazolidone were fed to 35 days old chickens at feeding levels of either 0,250, 500 and 1,000 ppm for 4 weeks. Delay of increase in body weight were observed on feeding level of 500 and 1,000 ppm (P=0.01). Gross lesions included spleen, testis, thymus and adrenal were atrophy. Ascites and hydropericardium occured in experimental chickens group were fed 1,000 ppm of furazolidone. Liver, lungs and thymus were congestion markedly. Histopathological findings included liver cells, white pulp of spleen, seminiferous tubule, perenchumatous of adrenal gland, follicular lymphoid cells of bursa fabricius and thymus became degenerative and necrotic.
