Analisa plasmid dan protein Bacillus anthracis strain vaksin yang diisolasi dari marmot vaksinasi Sumadi text Bogor BBPMSOH 1990 Vol. 3, p. 12-15 id 3 tables; 6 ref. Summary (En) The strain 34 F2 (Sterne Strain), a non capsulated strain, has been used as anthrax live vaccine for various domestic animals. According to the Technical Guidance of Quality Assay, the anthrax live vaccine assayed in guinea pigs for safety and potency test. Sometime guinea pigs died after inoculation and the organism can be isolated. In this experiment, the vaccine strain isolated from affected guinea pigs were characterized to compare with seed strain. The result shows identical properties of two strains, sugesting that these two strains were indistinguishabel by plasmid, protein profiling and pathogenicity in guinea pigs.
